cooking w cat // vegan thai lettuce bowls

song of the day // redbone – childish gambino

.  .  .

if you thought i only ate instant noodles and velveeta macaroni – you were wrong.

i haven’t slept for the past 3 days, as my nights have been fueled by thai food and red bull.

but i make my own thai food.

i am an innovator.

you can see my insomniac self coming through, so let’s just get onto the recipe before I end up sounding like drunk Putin.

.  .  .

2 packs asian sesame sauce

1 jar of Hoisin sauce

1 tsp chopped ginger

2 ounces  boca beef (fake beef)

2 carrots

1 head purple lettuce

1 leak or asian onion thing, I forget the name

1 jar water chestnuts

Sriracha

.  .  .

step 1 //
